Everyone can be a leader, but not everyone can be an effective leader at their businesses. While it is frustrating to have to lead a set of people sometimes, it is even more frustrating for those you are leading if you are not effective in your position because not only would you slow down the achievement of the team’s goals, you would also be bearing down on them and making your team members lose direction in the process. now, we want to eliminate the prospects of an ineffective leader.
