Do have the fear of losing customers? Or are you currently losing some of your customers? You are at the right place. The greatest of an entrepreneur is losing customers, no businessman or businesswoman wants to lose his or her customers to other competitors. The only thing you need is to make some changes.

WHAT ARE THE THINGS TO DO?
• FIND OUT THE CAUSE
The first thing to do is this, you need to find out why you are losing customers to other competitors. List out the possible reasons you think might have caused that. Examine those points and make enquiries on those points to know the real cause of it.

MAKE A REBRANDING
Here after you have known the cause, you need to rebrand your products and service to suit your customers. Think of changes you can make to your brand to attract more customers. For example if you are into products like bread, pure water, etc. You can change the cover nylon of your brand to a more attractive one to attract customers. You can change the scent and taste if it is a food item.

INTRODUCE DISCOUNT AND PROMO
To gain back your customers, you introduce promo and give discount to customers. After you have rebranded your products or services, launch it with exciting promo and discount that would tempt customers to coming back. For example if your products are sold for #400 per one, why not launch a promo discount that will be #1000 for three. You just reduce your profits on each pending the time you gain back your customers. If it is a service, reduce your service charge.
• REWARD LOYAL CUSTOMERS
Another point is this, always reward loyal customers for their loyalty to your products or services. If you want to avoid losing customers to other competitors, reward them in form of Christmas gifts, New year gifts, Eid-fitri gifts, etc. Rewarding loyal customers attracts more customer to a brand.

• STRUCTURAL CHANGES
Here you need to change your shop, office design and look to make it more attractive to customers. If your painting is old, make some repainting, if there is a need to buy new equipment, tools or furniture, change them to new and modern one. If it is a service, change the way you approach customers for the service. Give your customers 100% attention whenever they are with you, do not think a customer is not important like some other customers.

• HANDLE CUSTOMERS' COMPLAINTS WITH GOOD MANNER
One of the things that can lead to losing customer is when you do not handle their complaints very well. Every customer love to get attention for their complaints, the moment you fail to note their complaints, you have started losing them. Always attend to their complaints and always try to solve their problems as soon as possible.
